All orders are shipped through letter mail at Australia Post at free shipping costs, Will NOT have tracking.
Please note: shipping upgrades are available at additional cost which comes with tracking and insurance on lost packages.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Little Fire Creations is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Lost or Delayed Items
Once shipped I are no longer responsible for the package. I are not responsible for lost shipments or any delays that may occur. If purchasing via standard letter mail, I are not obligated to replace and/or refund products due to lost mail. If purchased via parcel service(tracking) we will go through postal service insurance for reimbursement, which will take time to process.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If you purchased the tracking option with your order, the email will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
